“Sunshine Laws” Training in Hobbs, NM on March 18, 2016

The Office of New Mexico Attorney General Hector Balderas is conducting two educational workshops in Hobbs, on Friday, March 18, 2016.

The purpose of the workshops is to educate the public regarding its rights under New Mexico’s Sunshine laws:  the Open Meetings Act and Inspection of Public Records Act.

The workshops are provided to interested members of local governments, members of boards and commissions, and the general public.
