Library Journal‘s recently released the Index of Public Library Service, a rating of libraries based on the quantity of service they deliver. Five New Mexico libraries are designated ‘Star Libraries,’ an honor bestowed on about only 3% of libraries nationwide.
The Star Libraries in New Mexico are:
- Columbus Village Library
- Eleanor Daggett Memorial Library (Chama)
- Pueblo Of Isleta Library
- Tularosa Public Library
