Estancia Celebrates Summer Reading!

The Library Lizards gather for their summer reading party!

 

The Estancia Public Library celebrated their successful Summer Reading Program last week with excited patrons and staff. Library Director Angela Creamer shared that 62 patrons participated as part of the Bookworm Buddies (preschool age) and the Library Lizards (school age) and read over 500 books throughout the summer!

The reading groups met weekly throughout the summer and participated in a variety of special programs including Science in the Library, Zoo to You, Solar Road Show and a petting zoo. Congratulations to Estancia Public Library for a successful summer!
