Tularosa Public Library, Tularosa, NM ($10K-$49.9K expenditures)
Pueblo of Isleta Public Library, Albuquerque, NM ($100K-$199.9K expenditures)

3 Stars:
Fred Macaron Library ($10K-$49.9K expenditures)

The LJ Index is a measurement tool that compares U.S. public libraries with their spending peers based on four types of output measures of their per capita use. The seventh edition of the LJ Index and its Star Library ratings now examines outcomes as well as outputs.
